More than 1 million Prescriptions ADHD.

The Hague - the number of prescriptions for ADHD in the Netherlands will exceed 1 Million this year.

Mainly teenagers from 10-12 years are using this medication. Recently the government stated that they want less children using medication for conditions like ADHD and PDD-NOS (autism). It seems like it is time for alternatives. Neurofeedback could fit in perfectly.  

Although alternatives are strong, the growth of use of medicines is not declining. Since a couple of years the number of prescriptions is growing above average with 10-12% per year.
